PHP 8.0 reached its end-of-life on November 26, 2023, and is no longer supported, meaning no further security patches or updates will be provided. As a result, PHP 8.0 has been removed from the default EasyApache4 profiles in cPanel & WHM.

Introducing PHP 8.3 Support
The upcoming release of PHP 8.3, expected in December 2023, brings exciting new features and performance enhancements. Here’s what to expect:

Feature-Rich Environment: PHP 8.3 delivers enhanced features and capabilities for a more dynamic and powerful programming environment within cPanel.
Improved Security: Stay secure with the latest security updates by upgrading to PHP 8.3, ensuring better protection for your users’ data.
For those still running websites on PHP 8.0, now is the perfect time to plan an upgrade. Versions PHP 8.1 and PHP 8.2 remain available and supported, with PHP 8.3 offering even more improvements.
